Tap odds to build a ticket, enter a stake and press "Get ticket code". Show the code at any BetRoy shop; the cashier checks it, takes your stake and prints your ticket.

That club is removed and you get a new code. The old code stops working, so always use the newest one.

Open Check Ticket Code and type your code. You see Pending, Won, Lost, Paid or Expired, and each match result.

Winning shop tickets must be paid within 30 days. After that the ticket expires and cannot be paid.

If your ticket loses but enough clubs won (for example 16 of 20), you get part of your stake back. Guests and registered players both qualify.

Registered players whose ticket has at least the minimum number of clubs set by BetRoy can cash out when every club except the final one has finished and won, and the final club's match has not started. Cashout = stake × combined odds of the finished clubs (the final club is not counted). Example: 100 ETB × 12.50 = 1,250 ETB. The button disappears when the final match starts, and a ticket can be cashed out only once.

Choose a payment method in Wallet. Manual deposits are checked from your screenshot; your wallet is credited after approval. You can withdraw up to your available balance.

In Wallet, use "Ask about a payment" with your Deposit ID (D…) or Withdrawal ID (W…). The System Admin and the agent involved see it.

Use "Forgot password?" on the log-in page. We send a one-time code to your phone. BetRoy staff will never ask for your password.
