What information BetRoy uses, and why. We keep this page short and plain.
What we use
Account details you give when you register: your name, phone number and User ID. Your password is never shown to anyone; staff cannot read it and never ask for it.
Records of what you do on your account: deposits, withdrawals, bets, tickets, game rounds and your wallet history.
Technical details used for security, such as the device and sign-in activity of your account, and a bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) on sign-up, log-in, password reset and guest booking when it is switched on.
Why we use it
To run your account, settle your bets and payments, protect you and the service from fraud and misuse, and answer your support questions.
Cookies and your browser
The website uses a session cookie so you stay logged in, a security cookie that protects forms, and small cookies for your language and theme choice.
Money, wallet and betting information is not stored in your browser's local storage; it is read from BetRoy's server each time.
Your choices
You can log out at any time from your profile. To ask about your data, use the Contact page.
BetRoy staff will never ask for your password, a reset code or a one-time code, on any channel.
